Card Stock:

So Succulent

  • Card Base: 8-1/2” x 5.1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”

Regular Basic White

  • (2)-for Front and Inside Mattes: 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”

  • 7/8" x 2-1/2” scrap for label

Early Espresso

  • (2)-for front and inside mattes: 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”

Designer Series Paper

  • He’s the Man: 3/4” by 5” for border

  • 7/8” x 2-1/2” scrap for label

Masking Paper

  • Scrap at least 2” square

Ink

  • Garden Green, Early Espresso, Memento Black ink pads, Light/Dark Pecan Pie, Light/Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends

Adhesives and Embellishments

  • Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals, Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots, Linen Thread

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stamp the tent image on the “dull-side” of a 2” square piece of masking paper (or post-it note) in Memento Black. Cut out (you do not need to worry about hte ropes and grass as these will not be stamped over. Remove the backing and some of the “sticky” by putting it on your hands and arms. This is important so that when you remove the mask, it will not tear the cardstock underneath.

  2. Stamp the tent image in Memento Black on the 3-3/4” x 5” Basic White (front piece) - see picture of card for reference.

  3. Cover the stamped tent image with the mask, making sure that you line it up exactly.

  4. Ink up the trees in Garden Green and stamp directly over the mased cabin.

  5. Remove the mask.

  6. Color tent with Stampin’ Blends.

  7. Adhere the 3/4” x 5” DSP strip to the left side of the stamped front.

  8. Wrap the Linen Thread 3x’s around the seam (between the stamped image and the DSP. Adhere the ends to the backside using Snai or Tear and Tape. Then, cut 18” of Linen Thread, fold in half, cut the loops and tie a bow at the top of the 3 strains of Linen Thread. Make the bow to your desired size, cut ends.

  9. Adhere finished front to Early Espresso matte.

  10. Stamp Sentiment in Early Espresso on 7/8” x 2-1/2” scrap of DSP. Optional: Round corners using a punch. Adhere to front using Dimensionals.

  11. Adhere to brushed metallic dots to front next to label.

  12. Adhere inside Basic White to Early Espresso matte and adhere to inside of card.
